What is Sodam?
Sodam is FDAM's all-in-one operations app for franchise stores, built to handle ordering, receiving and inventory, HQ communication, staff tasks, and store information in one place. It runs on the same data as the FDAM platform headquarters uses, so each store's ordering and inventory status flows straight into HQ operations and AI forecasts.
A store's daily tasks are all connected. Sales drive order quantities, deliveries become inventory, and low stock turns into questions for HQ. Instead of handling each task in a separate tool, Sodam keeps them all in a single data flow.
Check and act right in the store
On a PC, search for items and add them straight to the cart. On a phone, quickly check AI order recommendations and HQ alerts. Whichever screen you use, it all lands in the same order history.

Sodam FAQ
What is Sodam?
Sodam is FDAM's app for franchise stores, managing ordering, receiving, inventory, HQ notices and inquiries, and staff tasks in one place.
How are Sodam and FDAM related?
FDAM is the AI operations platform used by franchisor headquarters, and Sodam is the store app connected to the same data. HQ manages all-store status and operations in FDAM, while stores handle ordering, inventory, communication, and staff tasks in Sodam.
Does the AI place orders automatically?
No. By default, Sodam first shows the recommended order calculated by FDAM's AI, and the store owner reviews and adjusts it to reflect conditions on the ground before placing the final order.
Can I use it on my phone?
Sodam is designed so stores can easily check frequent tasks on mobile. Supported devices and how the app is delivered depend on the scope of your implementation.
Can HQ see store status too?
Yes. Within its access permissions, HQ can view each store's orders, inventory, inquiries, and operations in FDAM and use that to support stores.
Can we migrate data from our current ordering system?
When you adopt Sodam, we review your current system's data formats and what can be exported, then plan how to migrate product, supplier, order, and inventory data.
