What is FDAM?
FDAM is an AI operations platform for franchises built by MS Benter Co., Ltd. It connects HQ operations — franchise sales, contracts, and store openings — with unified POS and delivery app sales and Sodam, our store app, on a single data foundation. On top of that, it delivers AI order recommendations, sales decline forecasts, and AI reports.
Is FDAM a franchise ERP?
Yes. FDAM is a franchise ERP that handles franchise sales, contracts, openings and store management in one system, extended with unified POS and delivery-app sales, the Sodam store app and AI prediction. Unlike a general ERP built around accounting and HR, it manages the work unique to franchising, store by store.
Who makes FDAM?
FDAM is made by MS Benter Co., Ltd. We've built franchise IT for over 20 years — starting with ARS automated ordering in 2003, followed by the logistics ERP FMS (2006), the ordering app Balju.com (2018), and the franchise operations ERP FDAM (2023).
Can we keep using our current POS and delivery apps?
Yes. FDAM connects to your existing data rather than replacing your POS or delivery apps. We first review the systems your brand uses and how they provide data, then propose what can be integrated and how (automatic sync or file import).
Do we have to adopt every feature at once?
No. You can start with whatever you need most — Unified Sales, HQ Operations, AI forecasting, or Sodam — and expand as your operations grow.
How do you verify AI order recommendation accuracy?
Accuracy varies by store, item, training period, and data quality. During onboarding, FDAM compares recommended quantities against actual sales and inventory results, and keeps checking the same way after launch. Our in-house lab has verified 90% recommendation accuracy on real customer data.
Do HQ and stores use different screens?
They share the same data, but screens differ by role and permissions. HQ manages overall performance and operations in FDAM, while stores handle ordering, inventory, and communication in Sodam.
What do you cover in a sales consultation?
